Moscow Says St. Petersburg Suspect Was Suicide Bomber From Kyrgyzstan

Fourteen people were killed and many some-more harmed in Russia’s second-largest city. According to Russian authorities, a conflict was carried out by a self-murder bomber creatively from a Central Asian commonwealth of Kyrgyzstan.
