An Ohio coroner who examined a physique of 22-year-old University of Virginia student, Otto Warmbier, says he died from a miss of oxygen and blood to his brain, though she can’t establish how a repairs occurred.

But a coroner, in a Cincinnati news conference, pronounced she had consulted with a debate dentist.

“There was no justification of mishap to a teeth,” pronounced Sammarco. She pronounced that she was astounded by Fred Warmbier’s matter about his son’s teeth.

Her news also described Otto Warmbier’s physique as “well-developed, well-nourished” and featuring 10 tiny scars. Some of a scars were believed to be older; others were clearly associated medical procedures he apparently had received, such as one “consistent with a tracheotomy scar.”

“We don’t have adequate information about what happened to Otto, that initial insult, to pull any conclusions,” Sammarco added.
