California Gov. Jerry Brown has sealed a check that ends a government of stipulations on prosecuting rape cases.
The check is widely believed to be desirous by allegations opposite comedian Bill Cosby, after some of his accusers came brazen prolonged after a purported passionate assaults took place. Cosby has regularly denied a allegations.

The new law has critics. “Civil rights groups and open defenders contend a California check could lead to fake philosophy as memories blur among victims and witnesses,” as The Associated Press reported.
